Have a look at our campaign for International Women's Day - 8 March
At IAMANEH Switzerland we campaign 365 days a year for the rights of women and girls, for equality and for a life free of fear. Nevertheless, 8 March also has a very special meaning for us: on one day of the year, our central concern, gender equality, is promoted to the headlines around the world. And in all the world's countries, our colleagues and fellow sufferers become visible, perceptible and audible. 8 March makes the connection between our many efforts visible, and this sense of connection is immensely empowering.
We are happy about how much has already been achieved by countless people over countless decades. But it also makes us realise once again on this day how much there is still to do. And consequently, on 8 March and in the weeks following, we want to point out the urgent need for a change with our social media campaign - and at the same time show the possibility of action and change.
For the campaign, which is currently running on Facebook and Instagram, we have reduced our key areas of work to crisp, concise points: working against female genital mutilation, against domestic violence, for sexual and reproductive rights and for cross-gender work for equality.

At the same time, we would like to thank you: the work that IAMANEH Switzerland does day in and day out would not be possible without the generous contributions of our donors. Many thanks to you for changing the world for the better with us 365 days a year!
